To make a change to your account through myWTC, follow the steps below.

1. Click the options button next to the desired service you wish to change
2. Select one of the following options from the popup
   1. Add - Gives you the ability to add optional items to your service
   2. Remove - Gives you the ability to remove optional items from your service
   3. Swap - Gives you the ability to upgrade or downgrade your main package
3. Follow the instructions given for the desired action you wish to take

Your service change request will be handled during business hours. You will be notified via email when your request has been completed.
